Arjun Mehta is a partner in the Technology Transactions team in San Francisco. He advises on the technology and IP aspects of M&A, with a focus on carve-outs, transitional services agreements and IP separation where a business is being lifted out of a larger group.

With a computer science background, Arjun is comfortable working directly with CTOs and integration teams. Buyers bring him in early to scope what the target actually owns and what it will need on day one.

He spends weekends riding in the Marin Headlands.
