Michael Grant is Chief Business Development Officer at Mercier & Valez. He leads the firm's business development, client relationship and marketing teams across the US, UK and Asia.

Michael sponsors the firm's key client programme and makes sure lateral partners are connected to the client relationship partners who matter for their practice.

He coaches his daughter's youth soccer team in Brooklyn.
