Nadia Haddad leads lateral integration at Mercier & Valez. She works with practice heads, business development and the incoming partner from offer to the first year, building each lateral's introduction plan and tracking it against agreed milestones.
Nadia uses the CrossPitch Laterals Dashboard to pre-seed each new partner's network before day one, suggest introductions across practices and offices, and report progress to the partnership.
She rows with a club on the Thames.
Selected experience: - Introduced a structured 90-day integration programme for lateral partners. - Led integration for 14 lateral partners across five offices in the last two years. - Set up the firm's lateral KPI reporting to the Partnership Board.
