Isabel Ortega is a partner in the Capital Markets team in New York. She advises issuers, sponsors and underwriters on IPOs, follow-on offerings and high-yield debt, and has particular experience of dual-track exits where a sponsor runs an IPO and a sale process in parallel.
Isabel works closely with M&A colleagues to keep both tracks deliverable until the client decides which to take.
