Victoria Hale is a partner in the Corporate and M&A team in Los Angeles, focusing on energy transition and infrastructure. She advises developers, sponsors and strategic investors on acquisitions, joint ventures and project-level investments in renewables, storage and grid services.
British-born and US-qualified, Victoria joined Mercier & Valez in 2023 from the same global firm Clive is leaving, where the two worked together on several transatlantic deals.
She sails out of Marina del Rey most weekends.
Selected experience: - Advised a European utility on its acquisition of a US battery storage developer. - Advised a sponsor on a joint venture for a portfolio of community solar projects. - Advised on the sale of a grid services business to a strategic buyer.
