Grace Nwosu is a partner in the Life Sciences Regulatory team in Washington DC. She advises on FDA regulation, healthcare fraud and abuse rules and the regulatory diligence of healthcare and life sciences acquisitions.
With a background in biology, Grace helps buyers understand product approval status, reimbursement risk and compliance history before they commit. She works with London colleagues on transactions involving UK and EU regulatory approvals.
Grace mentors first-generation law students and looks after a community garden in Northeast DC.
