Liam Brennan is a partner in the Real Estate team in Birmingham. He advises on the property aspects of corporate transactions, including portfolio due diligence, sale-and-leaseback structures and estate rationalisation after an acquisition.
Liam leads the firm's real estate support for M&A outside London and manages large diligence exercises efficiently using the firm's regional teams.
He sings with a Birmingham chamber choir and has had an Aston Villa season ticket since he was ten.
Selected experience: - Led property diligence on a 140-site UK healthcare services portfolio for a US buyer. - Advised a sponsor on a sale-and-leaseback to fund a bolt-on acquisition. - Advised on the estate rationalisation following a merger of two logistics businesses.
