Fiona MacLeod is a legal director in the Restructuring and Insolvency team in Manchester. She advises buyers, sponsors and insolvency practitioners on distressed M&A, pre-pack sales and acquisitions out of administration.
Fiona is qualified in both England and Scotland and often handles the UK-wide aspects of distressed transactions. She is known for keeping fast-moving deals on track when information is limited and timetables are short.
She has completed all 282 Munros and still spends most bank holidays in the Highlands.
