Callum Reid is a partner in the Banking and Finance team, advising sponsors, borrowers and lenders on leveraged and acquisition finance. He acts on senior, unitranche and holdco PIK financings, and on the documentation of private credit facilities for mid-market buyouts.
Much of Callum's work supports the firm's private equity clients, and he is used to running the financing alongside the acquisition so that certain-funds requirements, conditions and signing timetables align. He has particular experience of US sponsors borrowing from UK and European private credit funds.
Callum studied at the University of Bristol, where he played rugby for the university. He now rides with the firm's London cycling group.
