Hannah Whitfield is a partner in the Antitrust and Foreign Investment team in London. She advises on UK and EU merger control, the UK National Security and Investment Act and the EU Foreign Subsidies Regulation, and has represented clients in Phase 2 investigations before the Competition and Markets Authority.
Hannah's practice is closely tied to the firm's transactional teams. She is known for early, practical risk assessments and for drafting the regulatory conditions and covenants that sit in the purchase agreement.
A committed road cyclist, Hannah organises the firm's Saturday morning ride out of London and has completed the Etape du Tour twice.
